Matt Palentchar’s current firm features a far more specific focus on real estate transactions and property law than was the case with his previous firm. He also does a lot more routine real estate work, like title searches, title exams, and issuing title insurance for residential and commercial closings. He has represented many hundreds of lenders, purchasers and sellers in a great many complex commercial transactions, although he also does other, more common, real estate work, including title searches, title exams, and issuing title insurance for residential and commercial closings. Sometimes, because Matt Palentchar believes in total client service, he also practices in the areas of corporate transactions, probate, simple estate planning, and small business law. The fact is, Matt Palentchar has been practicing law in Florida since 2004. In that time, he has practiced in a number of areas, although he clearly prefers real estate. He’s come a long way since growing up and playing sports in Colonia, NJ. His love of sports including playing in sports leagues with friends, participating in baseball, basketball, football and soccer, among others. Following high school, Matt Palentchar earned a Bachelor’s Degree in political science from Rutgers University-New Brunswick, after which he received a scholarship to attend Ohio Northern University, where he earned his Juris Doctor, or law degree. After completing law school, Matt scrammed to Florida and passed the bar exam. He was a lawyer with a general practice law firm in Naples, Florida for about a year. They practiced in real estate, but also many other areas, and he really didn’t feel comfortable, so he formed Matthew G. Palentchar, Esq., P.A., which he ran from 2005 through 2010.
