Ever since Matt Palentchar began his adventures in the practice of law in Florida more than a decade ago, he has primarily specialized in real estate. That said, he also does a lot of work in the areas of corporate transactions, probate, simple estate planning, and small business law, so he’s not exactly limited in his capabilities. He has come a very long way since he grew up in Colonia, New Jersey as a sports star in several sports, such as baseball and football, among others. After graduating from high school, Matt Palentchar earned a Bachelor’s degree in political science from Rutgers University-New Brunswick and followed that up with a Juris Doctor (law degree), which he earned at Ohio Northern University Law School. However, after graduating law school, Matt figured it was time he went to Florida, so he went to Naples, Florida, passed that state’s bar exam and took a job with a general practice law firm down there, until he tired of that and formed “Matthew G. Palentchar, Esq., P.A.” in 2005. He ran his own firm until 2010, when he was hit with a very serious life-threatening illness forced him out of Florida for a time. Before long, however, he recovered, returned to Florida and formed “Matthew G. Palentchar, PLLC” in St. Petersburg, where he continues to focus on real estate transactions and property law to this day. Comments are closed.
